Morgan Templeton '21 Recruiting Profile

I believe that all my life as a teammate, I have always been a team player. My coaches and teachers view me as a leader in most aspects of the game (softball and volleyball) and within the school. My freshman and sophomore year, as a 5'2 volleyball player I was named one of 2 team captains, not necessarily because I was "the best," but because my favorite part of the game was cheering my team on, on the court and off. In school, I have been my class president since the beginning of my 8th grade year. To me, school and sports go hand in hand. If you do not get the grades, you do not get to play. Both sports and school have an immense amount of pressure about them, but that pressure put on me only furthers my experience, and gets me ready for my future. In the future I would like go into college to study physical therapy. I believe that getting the experience right now in my life will help me later going through college and into the work force after that.
