My name is Emily Henn and I am a 5'7" 130 lb catcher. I graduate in the class of 2023. I am the starting varsity catcher for my high school team. Catching is my primary position, but I am also proficient at the other 7 defensive positions. For my travel team I am the starting catcher as well as the captain. My biggest accomplishment in my softball career so far was being invited to the Select 30 National Training Camp, and also being selected to play in the Select 30 game with the top 30 girls from my graduating class. Another recent big accomplishment in my softball career is that I was selected to play on the National Softball Factory 18u team. In 2022, I was selected as a Softball Factory Pre- Season All American. I am a highly motivated and hard working individual both on and off the field. My cumulative GPA is 3.814. I understand that academics are the most important element when attending college, but I believe that it is also important to be a part of teams and create relationships with coaches and players that can last a life time. I want to attend a University that provides outstanding education as well as a softball program that will challenge me and make me better everyday.
