My name is Caitlin Oliviero, class of 2023. I have been playing softball since I was 7 or 8, always loving the game. I play on my high school team out of Robesonia PA, and used to play on a travel team (Ultimate) out of York PA. My freshman year I was picked to play varsity but covid hit and couldn’t play. My position is Center Field but I’ve played everywhere, and my secondary position is shortstop. I can bat both right and left handed, I can slap hit, and bunt from right and left. My time from home to first is 3.0 seconds. I have an amazing love for the sport and I want to be able to play at a collegiate level. I know what my abilities are and what I can bring to the field and /or team. I am willing to play any position on the field, always working on and off the field, including the classroom. I can adapt to anything put in front of me always focusing and putting the work in, striving to be a better player all the time. I feel as though if you believe, you can do anything. I am super excited to see where it takes me in life.
