As I find myself a freshman in highschool, I have all A's and B's. For a career, I know for sure that I want to give back to the community by helping others. My current interests are becoming a K9 police officer or a nurse. I went to the PA State Trooper camp cadet this summer and those 2 professions really stood out to me. As for softball, I've been playing since I was 4 years old when my mom signed me up for a softball play group. I got serious with it when I was 8 years old when I joined my first travel team. Since then, I have never stopped. I love the sport for the competitive nature of it and for being a member of a team of girls that have your backs and support you know matter what. On the team that I'm on now, there is no sulking on the bench when you don't perform at your best, we are up and cheering on our team members regardless. I always say that we need to hold the rope for each other. When someone drops the rope, with a strikeout or an error, the rope doesn''t fall because the rest of the team is holding it up. It's not a "me" sport...it's a "we" sport! And I'd love the opportunity to speak with you regarding playing for you and attending your college.
