Hannah Smith '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hannah Smith and I am in my junior year at Wellsboro Area High School in Wellsboro, PA. It is my goal to play college softball for a successful program in a competitive conference while receiving the finest education possible. I consider myself to be a leader on and off the field and exhibit this by being the first one to practice and the last to leave. I put forth 100% on the practice field at all times as I strongly believe that I will play in the game as I practice on the field. My priorities consit of my family, my education, and softball in that order. I am 5'6" tall, weigh 135lbs and consider myself to be a fairly fast runner, however, I believe my strongest skills are leadership skills, coupled with fielding, hitting and being a smart player. I would prefer to attend a school in the northeast so I could be closer to my family, and so my family could attend more games, although, I would not rule out a school that was a good fit for me. I am unsure of my major at this time but I am looking forward to the opportunity to attend college and hopefully play softball.
