Miley Granberg '26 Recruiting Profile

Greetings from the town you've never heard of but one you would definitely love!

      As I'm sure you've gathered, my name is Miley Granberg, I'm an outfielder and I have been for the majority of my softball career. My secondary position is a catcher and I love both, but not as much as I love the game and the atmosphere surrounding it. When I started softball, it was just a game to me, however, it didn't take long to realize what a future of experiences and passion it would bring me. Something about seeing what the future could hold, sent me into overdrive when it came to my athletics. Competing at the highest and most intense level drove me everyday to get better. (Spoiler alert! You can find competitive summer sports six feet deep in snow!) I also continued to push myself to become better when it came to my academics. I hold myself to high standards with putting academics first and completing my work to the best of my ability. That is something I've always been proud of. In my post-secondary journey, I am setting myself up to work in the medical field and doing all I can to become the best at what I will one day do for the rest of my life. Still, while benefitting my future long term, I would like to enjoy my time in competitive softball for what I am able. Like everything else in my life, I push myself to the limits to achieve success and will transfer that quickly over to post-secondary softball life.
