One of my college goals is to play softball at the collegiate level. In order to achieve this goal, I work hard to be a leader on and off the field. I feel that I would be a great candidate for a college team, because I have good time management skills, a good work ethic, a can-do attitude, and always want to learn. In high school, I play softball, travel softball, and volleyball, and still manage to stay motivated and keep my grades up (3.7 GPA). I'm a positive team player who works hard to motivate others.
One way that I'm different from other peers is that I value my education and understand the importance of modeling good behavior as a student-athlete. I'm a coachable athlete and love to improve my athletic ability at every level. My friends can count on me, to be honest, work hard, and persevere through any task at school and on the field. Athletically, I believe I have good hand-eye coordination, good footwork, and stay calm and collected during high-pressure situations.
