My passion of softball started at a young age. I started to play when I turned four years old, and I knew it was going to be a significant part of my life. I was always a competitive child growing up, and softball gave me environment to be just that. It has given me the best friends I could ever ask for. My teammates have helped me grow not only as a person but as an athlete. I have always dreamed of being a teacher and coach. I would love to be a high school coach and teach kids the things that I have learned. I would also like to start my own club team in my Organization by then . I would love to start them young and give them the opportunities that I was given at that age. My parents have always pushed me to be better and not everyone has that. That is what I would be for them and help them grow into a student athlete . When my club coach describes me he always says that I am talented, but also a team player. I work to be my best every day. I think what makes me different from other people is my ability to understand their struggles. I play both varsity softball and basketball for my school and go from one practice to another everyday. I juggle both practices while having a 4.0 GPA. Softball has given me the chance to learn about myself and what I can accomplish while getting to do what I love everyday. I will always be grateful for everything it has given me in my life.
