Autumn Linder '16 Recruiting Profile

I began playing softball at the age of 10, I was mesmerized by fast pitch softball. It was from that moment that I began working on my craft. Initially, I wanted to be a pitcher, however I feel that my stronger attributes are in the outfield and short stop. I can definitely play any position that I am put in, including pitcher. I have lived overseas for the past 3 1/2 years and played with girls from around the world. Some of the countries I've played against include Norway, Poland, Belgium, Russia and the Netherlands. Being a part of travel teams has enhanced my love for the sport. I am currently on the Varsity Softball  at Kaiserslautern High School in Germany playing left field. I want to continue my passion for the game in college. I feel that being a fully dedicated student and athlete will help me be a more complete and disciplined person.
