In college I plan to complete four years with a bachelor's degree in biology and further my education with a medical degree in psychology to become a child or adult psychologist. With high goals comes high expectations, and that is exactly what I have for myself. I work hard everyday to reach my goals. I believe I am an exceptional candidate for any team because: I am quick to assimilate in any environment, I am dedicated to every task or training no matter how small, and I love and respect game and process. It is important to me to always have a positive attitude and carry myself integrity and honor. I am able to lift up my teammates as well as myself when errors or missteps occur. I cheer on everyone, even when I am not doing my best. After I realize what I am doing wrong or receive constructive criticism I work harder instead of complaining or sulking. I am a self motivated athlete; therefore, I take the initiative to work hard to please myself, to be proud of myself, and to get positive results. I maintain a consistent attitude on and off the field. Last year, my sophomore year, I finished with a 3.58 GPA and made both varsity teams for softball and volleyball after: moving across the country, settling into a new family, and starting over at a new school. Previously, during my freshman year I was elected president of spanish club, elected a member of student council, and an executive member of Future Christian Athletes at Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs Arkansas. This year, as a junior, I currently have a 3.93 weighted GPA with one honors course in math and one AP course in English 11. I am also an executive council member for my class of 2021 and of the Student Council Association at First Colonial. I believe my leadership experience, attitude, and determination would be a positive asset to any team I am granted the opportunity to play with.
