- Fall & Winter trained 3x a week 2hrs each session. Focusing on strength and flexibility during that time. Spring training consists of 2x a week of 2hr practice followed by 1hr of speed and agility training. Summer training consists of 4x a week softball practice 2-3hrs each practice and if we weren't playing in a tournament, Sunday practice is 4hrs.
