Camille Weisenbach '13 Recruiting Profile

I am Camille Weisenbach and softball and engineering are my passions. There is nothing I would love more than the oppurtunity to play in college while pursuing a degree. I am a natural born leader, and I push myself to be the best player, student, and person I can become. Last high school season, I made second team all-conference (4A) as a sophomore in a new postion. I am a 5'6" left-handed catcher, with my throw-downs to second base clocked in under and around 1.8 seconds. My previous select softball team won second in Western Nationals last August, earning a berth to Nationals, as well as winning the Triple Crown Tournament in July.
I am looking for an academically competitive school that is as dedicated as I am to a team-first mentality; has a sense of family as well as urgency and a desire to win; and will provide me the chance to better the team overall and myself as an athlete while I take the next step in my lifelong journey.
