Hi, my name is Cheyanne Collins. I am in the graduating class of 2025 at Oroville High School In Washington where I currently hold a 3.5 GPA. I am looking to continue my education by studying in the pre-law or criminal justice fields. I have been playing softball since by sophomore year of high school, where I have played 2nd base, third base, and my main position as pitcher. I have been trained by multiple former high school and college pitchers/catchers including Cassandra soulsnes and Jessica swicheart, on not only my accuracy but also strength and reaction time. I have been told that my biggest strength when it comes to team work is my commitment. No matter how down I get on myself I always find a way to look on the bright side, even when losing a game. I always remember to cheer everyone on because I know how easy it is to start losing hope, sometimes a little encouragement from a teammate really makes a difference. In the past I've been told that I would never make it as a pitcher considering how late I started, my goal is to prove everyone who puts doubts on me wrong and to continue learning how to be a better pitcher for my team.
