I appreciate that you are taking the time to read this and get to know me a little more. I love the sport of softball, though I didn't start playing travel ball until the 8th grade. Its been a fun ride as I've worked hard to improve my skills. Many players in this sport may have started before me, though I believe there is still so much more abilities untapped inside of me as I have learned so much from each of the coaches and private lessons I have received and am still making great gains. Each coach has complimented me on my ability to break down what they ask of me and to immediately put it into practice. I have taken this instruction and become a solid contact hitter. I have been commended on each team I've been on for being such a hard worker who gives all out effort day in and day out. One thing that you will never see me a part of is drama, that is a mantra of my present club coach and an easy one for me to abide by. I find it easy to get along with all of my teammates I have had. As my skills early on were developing and I didn't have as much time on the field I learned the role of coming off the bench. You will find me always on the fence of the dug out cheering my team on if I'm not in the field of play. I love softball and the friendships I have been able to make with each team I have been on. I'm very focused and am an above average student taking AP and honors classes in high school. even through my senior year. College has always been a given for my future plans and my parents began making preparations as best they could from before I was born. I enjoy working out in my spare time and am pretty much a fixture in our schools after school weight training program. I absolutely love to read and the school library is almost a second home to me(our high school librarian half seriously told me he was going to show me how to check out books myself as I was checking out so many books each week).
Again thank you for getting to know me a little more and considering me for your program, My ultimate goal would be to continue my love of softball in college and if that is with your program or you in any way help me reach that goal through your camps, suggestions, clinics etc then thank you in advance!
