I want to attend a university or college that allows me to compete at the highest levels in both softball and academics. I work to challenge myself by finding the best competition on the field and in the classroom. As a shortstop and middle of the line-up hitter, I lead my team not just with my performance, but by being a great teammate and bringing my best attitude and effort every day. I am motivated by the hard work needed to be the best at this game. I am fortunate to have former D1, Pac12, and current Team USA players as my club coaches and mentors. They know what it takes to play at the highest levels of college softball, and they are helping prepare me mentally and physically for playing in college.
Academically, I have been in a program where I work 3 years ahead in Math and 2 years ahead in all other subjects. I was recently accepted, with Honors, to Holy Names Academy. I was also awarded the Principal's Scholarship for Academic Excellence. In college, I plan to study Science, Medicine, or Math. Just like softball, I am motivated by the hard work it takes to be the best in the classroom.
I invite you to come out and watch me play this season. I love being out on the dirt with my team. I look forward to showing you the play and the person that can help your team win on the field and in the classroom.
