Jordan Cunningham '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Jordan Cunningham. I am 5'4" and 158 lbs. I have played softball since I was 9 years old. Ever since the day I first touched a softball I knew I wanted to go as far as I could go with the sport. I have played for my high school team, a travel ball team out of Columbiana county in Ohio, and a 16u team out of Chester. The skills and knowledge I have gained from playing for so long have been amazing. My favorite position has always been third base. I love the challenge of playing this position and I have become quite skilled at it as well. After my freshman year of softball I took on the responsibility and sacrifice for my team to become a pitcher. I have spent countless hours on weekends with my pitching coach to make myself a better pitcher. I am very proud of the type of player I have become. You could put me in any position and I would play it to the best of my ability and with no complaints. It doesn't matter where I am on the field. As long as I am on the field playing my heart out for the sport I love I will be happy. I have set very high goals for myself to play softball in college with hopes of becoming a member of the USA softball team. It is my dream to make it big in this sport, and I will do anything and everything to get to where I want to be.
