Shadee Hawkins '19 Recruiting Profile

Being a collegiate athlete would be a dream come true. While I have been in high school I have earned a 3.5 or above. I was also 2ed Team All-County my freshmen and sophomore year and honorable mention for 1st Team All-County. I am a third basemen, but I can also play second or catcher. My goals and aspirations for college are to play at a college level and to study forensic psychology. I'm an outgoing, kind hearted, and extremely hard working kid that loves the sport. I have learned that softball isn't only a sport for me, its a safe heaven. When I was really young I went through some traumatic changes. Softball is what  I turned to. I found a family that has my back even though the family members would change every season. I knew that I was safe. Playing at college level will prove to not only me but everyone that left me behind or bullied me that I was able to accomplish my dreams.
