My name is Hope Sizemore. I am a junior, varsity starter at South Charleston High School. I will graduate in the year of 2023. I am a pitcher and first baseman. The last 6 semesters, I earned a cumulative GPA of 4.55 while taking all honors classes, IB classes, and college classes from West Virginia State University.
At this time I am researching different colleges and universities. I am interested in in civil or mechanical engineering. I aspire to be a collegiate pitcher for a hard-working and talented team. I am dedicated and determined. I listen to my coaches and teammates. I would be a good addition to any team. My freshman season got canceled due to Covid. At the end of my sophomore high school varsity season, I pitched 73.1 innings with 110 strike outs. I walked a total of 7 batters, and my ERA was 1.81. I ended up with a 7-3 record. At the end of my junior season, I pitched a total of 74.2 innings with 132 strikeouts. I walked 14 batters, and my ERA was 1.79. I ended up with a 8-5 record.
