Playing college softball is my dream. Softball is such an important part of my life, and I would love to play it while studying for the career I want to have for the rest of my life. I am very smart, determined, encouraging, and always there if anybody needs anything. When I step foot on the field, I know it's game time. I'm ready to hit, pitch, field, and do anything to help my team succeed. Furthermore, my teammates have a huge place in my heart. They are my family, and playing the sport I love with them makes it so much more memorable.
I am interested in majoring in Sports Journalism and Sports Analysis. Whenever I am watching a sports game and I see the sports analysis on ESPN, I always dream that I could be up there, doing that one day. I love softball, but I also love football, hockey, volleyball, and so many other sports. They are all so interesting and fun to me. Playing various sports helped me realize how much knowledge I have about sports in general, beyond the ones I play. I also love English, so writing about sports also seems very enjoyable.
I have lived in 2 states prior to living in Wisconsin. I was born in Pennsylvania, then, when I was around 5 years old, my family and I moved to Indiana. I continued to live there until I was 8, and then we moved to Wisconsin! I do love Wisconsin, but I don't like how there is snow and cold winters, so we can't play softball outside during those times. The other sport I do play during winter is Volleyball. I do enjoy it, but it doesn't compare to my love for softball. Adding on, I have been playing softball since I was 6. Other than sports, I love spending time with my friends and family. Another thing I enjoy is weightlifting and working out. I want to be strong and to be the best version of myself. Something fun my dad and I do together is hunt. We go hunting in Wisconsin and Montana. One thing that is very important to me is school. I take school very seriously because I want to find the college that is right for me, and get my dream job out of it. I have big plans for my future, and I'm hoping I can make them happen.
