Cierra Moore '13 Recruiting Profile

I want to go to a college or university that offers degrees in law or forensics. My goal is to become a lawyer but undecided on the discipline right now. To date, I have been accepted to Grand Canyon University, UNM, and NAU. I have also applied to Dickinson College and University of Colorado-Boulder. GCU has also awarded me a 3200/per semester academic scholarship. I am also currently volunteering my time with a Navajo Nation Judge to prepare me for my future in Law. Her name is Carol Perry.
As for sports, during high school, I have participated in cross country, soccer, volleyball and basketball.  I love basketball and have been playing since I was 8 years old.  During my high school I played on the varsity team for 3 years,  each year we have been to the state tournament.  I love to play at the small forward position since it allows me to run the floor and spot up for the open shot, drive the baseline for a shot or pass to an open teammate.  I continue to improve myself daily through fundamentals and still aspire to contribute to a basketball program in the near future.  I am a hard working individual and always put team first instead of self.
