Kailee Cullinan '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kailee Cullinan and I am a 5'7" 135 lb. basketball guard entering my senior year.  I became a starter on varsity late in my freshman season, and have been starting ever since. Each year that I have been playing basketball at Tanque Verde High School we have made it to the state playoffs, and each year we have made it farther into the tournament, last season making it into the Elite 8. I am always striving to make improvements to my game on the court, and am committed to making improving my skill set. In addition to my performance on the court, I am also a strong student.  Academics are very important to me and I pride myself on being able to balance school and basketball while still being successful on both fronts. My weighted GPA is 4.2 and I am currently second in my graduating class.

I am looking for a program that will allow me to continue my athletic pursuits while still being a strong academic college.  In college, I plan on majoring in a field that will eventually allow me to enter medical school.  I set high standards for myself both on and off the court. Off the court, I challenge myself in school; on the court, I hustle and push myself on every play, defensively and offensively. I am confident that my work ethic and character will allow me to be a successful member of almost any team.
