Kaitlyn Jigalin '20 Recruiting Profile

I pride myself on being a complete basketball player, not just a scorer. I enjoy doing the things that make our team successful, such as passing, rebounding and playing great team defense. I enjoy setting  my teammates up for success and get great satisfaction giving a great pass for an assist. Being a two sport athlete in basketball and soccer has helped me in both sports, specifically with running the floor, spacing, communication and team defense. Generally my coaches match me up with the toughest defensive assignment and I pride myself in being able to match up with guards and post players. My coaches as well as the competition see me as a team leader on defense. 

I have a passion and commitment for basketball and the competition drives me to be the best team player I can be.
