As a three sport athlete, I have learned a lot about myself. Basketball, track and field, and cross country have been the key factors of my developmental growth in sports and in life. But sports has taught me the universal rule of hard work and how it will always preserve. Along side hard work, sports has kept me rooted in my faith, and how in all aspects of my life the praise and glory is due to God.
On the court I am known to be a fast, crafty, and high level ball handling point guard, while also adding my strong defending and high IQ. I use my own strengths to uplift my teammates and create plays for them to use their strengths to our teams advantage.
In doing three sports and keeping myself active all throughout the year. Cross country and track while also doing weight training have added to my athleticism and speed, which contribute to my performance on the basketball court.
Off the basketball court I continue to work hard in the classroom and maintain a high GPA. I also go to my Church’s youth group, where I learn how to navigate life through God as a young person in todays society.
I want to attend a college that will challenge me on and off the court. Being able to play college basketball at a high level is the ultimate blessing, and I am open to all options. I hope to achieve my life long goal of playing college basketball, while making my loved ones proud, and always giving all the praise and glory to the most high.
