I have been playing basketball since I was about seven or eight years old. The second I picked up a basketball and stepped foot on the court, I knew that playing basketball was something I want to do for the rest of my life. Basketball saved my life, it helped me become a better person, role model, and pushed me to be successful in the classroom. Playing in college would be such an amazing opportunity that could change my life and hopefully help guide me to my dream, which is playing in the WNBA.
I have an extremely high basketball IQ, and was mentioned of being the best ball handler on the team. I am a team leader, I try to help my teammates as much as possible so they can grow and improve. I like to be vocal on the court, I stay focused, and try to make the necessary adjustments to help guide my team. I am level-headed, hard-working, and I work well with others. I give my all in everything I do, whether it is during practice, games, or team bonding. I like to push myself everyday, and I am not afraid of competition because, I know that it will help me improve as a basketball player.
I want to attended a college that is supportive on and off the court. Where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I would like to work with and be around people who are hard working and have a great attitude. I am open to all options. I hope to become a better leader and role model on and off the court, and make my family proud.
