Kaylee Jeamel '18 Recruiting Profile

    I’m Kaylee Jeamel, a 5’10 basketball player who can play a number of positions. This will be my 5^th year with the Read and React Offense. The offense teaches every player to play both away from the basket and in the post. This meant for me being 5’10, I wouldn’t always have my back to the basket. The skills I have developed from this offense have made me comfortable dribbling the ball in transition, making accurate passes to cutters, and taking post and perimeter shots. I have experience playing in the number 2, 3, and 4 spots. My favorite skill is blocking shots and I would like to play for a team that could use a multi-positional player.

    Academics are extremely important to me. I push myself to get the highest grades that I can achieve. This has taught me to budget my time well between basketball and school. I’m looking to continue my education in the communication field where I can enhance my interpersonal skills.
