Ashley Davis '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ashley Davis, I’m a 5’8 Senior Shooting Guard/Small Forward that is hard working and a dedicated student athlete. I strive to be my best not just athletically but academically. I am a versatile player on the court, and also take a diverse range of classes. I am an honors and AP student with a 3.5 GPA. I intended to Major in Nursing or even Pre-Med. I have a lot to offer a team as I am a consistent shooter, as well as a hard on the glass player.

I began playing basketball at age 6 and have played competitively for 9 years.  Playing this long has shaped my IQ of the game and has allowed basketball to become more of a lifestyle than anything. I have an extremely competitive personality that drives me to push myself and my teammates to be the best we can be as individuals but more importantly as a unit. I look to make the best pass and involve everyone, my great court vision allows me to accomplish this. I understand the importance of being coachable and a great teammate. Having been captain of many of my  teams, I feel as though I have an advantage of knowing  I must conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the court, because I know that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
