Stephanie Ball '12 Recruiting Profile

I have always enjoyed playing basketball. I started playing at the age of 5 because of my big brother who was 3 years older then me. I always looked up to him and tried to do everything he could do. I think playing with the boys at a young age pushed me to become better then most girls in my area. I first moved up to varsity in 8th grade. I have a great coach who is always pushing me to be a better player. I love a challenge. In my sophomore year I was determined to improve on my play and I did by being the high scorer for 3/4 of the season, this was an improvement from 3rd highest scorer in my freshman year. I believe that being a team player is one of the most important parts of basketball. I am a hard worker, loyal and strive to be the best I can be. I am eager to learn and be a huge benefit to whatever team I play for. I ahve been looked at by Dan Olson a very well respected Girls basketball scout.
