Jayla Williams '21 Recruiting Profile

As an athlete,  I want to be known as The hardest working and the most dedicated player on my team.  Great and successful players are not only talented they make those around them better.  My work ethic and willing desire on trying to get better every day is my most positive characteristic.  I believe that this is one thing that will help me stand out from others.  I work hard every day trying to make myself better then I was the day before and i also challenge my teammates to get better with me.

I have been playing basketball competitively since the 3rd grade. During the courses are playing high school and AAU basketball I’ve learned that you don’t have to be the best you just have to work hard to get better and no matter how good you are there still working twice as hard as you. I’ve been matched up with some of the best  talented girls in my area.

 As a 3 sport high school Varsity athlete I’ve learned a lot about being a leader and what it means to be a leader on and off the court. I play sports year-round yet challenging  myself with honors classes and being a part of the national honor Society while maintaining a GPA of 3.8.
