Callie Bemis '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a versatile shooting and point guard as a captain on my varsity team in Illinois and was intregal with my AAU Wisconsin Playground Club team.     I have been recognized in the Daily Herald for my strong play this season where I contribute with double digit points (avg 12), backed with double digit defense with an avg of 5 steals, 6.5 rebounds and 4 assists per game.  My high point game is 21 pts earning me MVP recognized for my good instincts on the offense, defense and my ability to mix it up  in the paint.  

I am active in the fine arts as a member of the school acapella choir and support my community through my church youth group where I am involved in programs to help the homeless and our church community.

My academic career aligns with my desire to be the best on the court.  I challenge myself with Honors and AP classes.  My last semester ending GPA was 3.6.  I have a strong interest in pursuing a business degree,  emphasis in marketing.
