Basketball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember as I started playing at a young age. Through basketball, I've learned how to be a leader and communicator on the court. I've also learned how to be a good teammate and build healthy relationships with the other players. Some academic goals I have are maintaining a 4.0 + GPA throughout all four years of high school and being able to challenge myself with a well rounded schedule of coursework each semester. Athletically, I play for both my travel team ( Illinois Lady Lightning Blue Star) and my twin brother's program Spartans Elite. Playing for both teams not only helps me get better, but gives me two different coaching perspectives and experiences. I love being active on both the defensive and offensive ends of the court. On offense, I incorporate both shooting the 3 and attacking the basket into my game. On the defensive end, I love to get steals, force turnovers, and get rebounds. I've been complimented on my help defense as well.
