Abigail Young '22 Recruiting Profile

I have had the great fortune of playing with competitive teams during my basketball career, including a conference championship. I continuously strive to make myself, as well as my teammates, better with my leadership skills. I am willing to use my versatility between guard and forward for the benefit of the team. I’ve learned how useful my dedication to hard work has been and I am willing to grow it to the college level.

I use the dedication that I have learned on the court, in the classroom. I will push myself towards my academic goals to use my education to build knowledge. Academics and school culture are as important to me as athletics in looking for a school. I look forward to playing for a program I will pridefully be a part of for many years to come.  Playing multiple sports in high school, I understand the importance of teamwork to further my academic and athletic career with your team.
