Mackenzie Braini '24 Recruiting Profile

I am 18 years old, and I am graduating high school in November of this year.

Basketball is my passion and I have been playing since I was 9 years old. In 2022 I was fortunate enough to be a starter in a Championship winning team. I am blessed to have been surrounded by a very supportive group of girls to play with, and we enjoy each other’s company on and off the court. I would love to continue my Basketball career in the US college system, and to become the best that I can be.

Academics are also very important to me, and I consider myself to be a hardworking student. I am interested in pursuing something in the health field, such as nursing, paramedicine and nutrition. I hope to be able to combine my athletic pursuits with my academic pursuits.

I am a competitive person who likes to be challenged. My time management ability has allowed me to maintain a high academic standard as well as play Basketball at a high level. I believe that I will be able to replicate that in a College environment to make the most of any opportunity I am fortunate to be provided.
