Personal Statement
I have played basketball since I was 6 years old and I have nurtured myself since then so I can continue to be the best and grow. This is my primary goal, to continue to shine in the midst of competition once the opportunity of college basketball is given to me. I am hardworking and I believe there is still room for improvement.
My intellect on the court is top notch since I never hesitate to learn from my mistakes as I ask my coaches for help whenever I find a move/drill hard to do, I am quick in learning any drill or skill thrown my way once I pay attention and focus on what my coach tells me.
Basketball is more than a sport to me since I have made great friends through this beautiful game. It impacted my confidence because I engage phenomenally with my team when directing them as the point guard. I lead my team into success and I will surely lead yours too.
