Personal Statement
My name is Teajah Johnson. I first started basketball in grade three when a coach forced a ball into my hand. I have liked playing ever since.
I use basketball as my escape from the real world. When I play I tend to be in the zone and only pay attention to the task at hand.
I would like to get better at my skills. One of my goals is to win a college championship. I can bring a sense of teamwork and community to the team. What makes me different from other recruits is that I like getting feedback on what I can do better with my playing style and that I can also adapt to a sense of community that is already there. With my academics I would like to be able to get a good sense of direction.
