Emani Young '25 Recruiting Profile

I started playing basketball when i was in the 5th grade. Ever since I had the opportunity to play on the court I knew this was something I wanted to keep pursuing in the future, and playing in the collegiate level is definitely one of my goals in life. 

I’m a very strong hardworking player. I have good scoring skills, mental toughness, high basketball IQ, and a great leader on and off the court. I’m able to take in accountability, be coachable, and learn how to instantly fix mistakes quickly. 

During off season, I’m still playing basketball and keeping my body in shape by participating in other sports and pushing myself in the weight room. I finished up my last season of AAU with great success! 

I am not only an athlete, but I consider myself a student athlete. In the classroom I maintain my grades by staying on top of all of my studies. 

I would love to attend a college and push myself to achieve greatness! I want to be able to work even harder on the next level, with even tougher competition at any level.
