I have been playing basketball since I was four-years-old, which taught me to be aggressive and competitive at a young age. I would play with older boys which taught me how fast the game really is and i’ve adapted to playing at a quick pace.I made varsity as a freshman and then sophomore year i was starting as a shooting guard or small forward. As a freshman I was recruited for the Columbia Ravens 11th grade travel team. We travel every weekend for tournaments and compete against other players around the country.Throughout high school I achieved honor roll and maintained a gpa of 2.90. I enjoy meeting new people and working with them and I am a fast learner and capable of teaching as well. I have two younger siblings and a older brother who is special needs which has also taught me to have patience and work with the disabled. I help out with my community by feeding the homeless with my family and donate clothes too good causes. Basketball has given me the opportunity to meet others and how to carry myself as a better person and I look forward to continuing this journey in college!
