Personal Statement

My goals as a basketball player are much bigger than just becoming a top level player. One big goal of mine is attending a college that continues to elevate my athletic and academic progress, while building a strong connection with teammates and community.  The thrill of basketball and the energy around it has created a passion for playing and a desire to play beyond high school.

As a player and teammate, my strongest assets include my desire to compete, a drive to constantly work hard and improve, the willingness to listen and be coached, and developing special bonds with teammates.

Strong Character is something that makes me different from other potential recruits.  As a team, it's just as important that my teammates understand that I will support them through all the ups and downs that a season may bring. Their mentality and confidence directly effects the entire team unit. So, I always make sure to build them up and tell them that they "got it next time" or "hey shake it off we've got you". Being a team player to me means that there is positivity, hard work, and determination.

I have always been a multi sport athlete, since I was very young. I believe this has helped me become a more well rounded athlete, as well as build my confidence in myself. The sports I play/have played are basketball, volleyball track and field, and softball.

Academically, I am a high GPA student and I work hard to find balance between my academics and athletics.

Below, I have added a list of High Level Sports Accomplishments that have been achieved, since 2016:

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
