Emily Johnson '21 Recruiting Profile

From the very beginning my goal was to always play college basketball and be successful in everything I do. Basketball has been a huge part of my life and I continue to grow as a player every year. I am an all around hard-worker and not only push myself but also my teammates in games and practices as well as off the court. I am very coachable and I value being a part of a team with a winning mindset. I am a quick attacker and go hard to the basket. I’m also a great shooter and work hard on defense. I love to push the ball up the court and run the floor. I put work in during the off season because there is always room for improvement and to become an even better player for the next season. Academics are also something I take very seriously and I work very hard to challenge myself and focus in the classroom. I would love to study physical therapy and not only be a part of a great academic school but also a team that is the right fit for me!
