-My name is Lyric Lay, I am a very hard working player. But most importantly I believe that hard work on and off the court is what makes the best player. that means that its important to be a team player, to show sportsmanship, and to not be afraid on taking chances towards improving your craft. My main focused is to be as good academically in my studies as I am on the basketball court, because education matters. I believe that the greatest player is someone who worked on his/her days off, and someone who loves watching others succeed as much as themselves.
This characteristic makes me an asset to any team because I play hard until the end. I apply myself by having positive energy, always being honest, and willing to try anything outside of my comfort zone.
- I am a National champion in both Basketball and Softball and have won multiple championships as a starter in both sports. Basketball is a big dream of mine and I look forward to continuing my career in playing the sport.
-When it comes to picking a team/ Coach, I am looking for a coach that doesn't mind pushing me pass my limits/ expectation towards being the best player I can be on and off the court. I'm looking for a college program/ coach, that is very vocal, has a vision for their team, and willing to allow their players to be the best version of themselves.

I have received, Player Of The Year Award, MVP, Most Outstanding Sportsmanship Award and Team Captain Award.
