Ravea Tenas '27 Recruiting Profile

I'm Ravea. I'm apart of the Kootenai, Salish, and Pend Oreille tribes, I am from Polson Mt and I've been playing basketball since the 3rd grade and have had a passion for it since. My inspiration comes from my family and all of the basketball ball we play together, especially when we all lost our loved ones. I also dedicate my playing to my great, great grandma, and my older cousin. I lost them both while growing up. I would like to think that they are there watching my games and that has been my push to improve and do better each game. I am devoted to improve each year to get better for the next season. I have been working hard and long days to improve my shoot and defense. I have great sportsmanship on and off the bench. I maintain a 3.0 but try my hardest to keep it up. I have lots of passion and dedication for the game but would like to keep carrying that on , and make something of myself from education and basketball. I would like to prove to my community that I'm not just a Native American student that can't make something of herself but would like to show everyone that I am more than just a girl with a dream.
