Kayla Elmore '20 Recruiting Profile

Not making varsity my freshman year humbled me completely, it pushed me to work harder and shaped me into the player I am today. I grew the most in the off season, with the help of my summer coach ( James Benford ) I competed against college level girls and played above my age division, which enhanced my defensive and offensive game significantly.  Although my school team has lost in the first round of districts for the past 3 years I’ve learned to face extreme adversity, sacrifice, and leadership skills while being at that school and I am grateful to be a part of that program. 

I am looking for a college that not only suits me athletically but academically and presents a positive and family environment. I believe I have the athleticism, skill, and heart to compete at the college level. My work-ethic, hustle, and fun personality will make a great impact on your team!
