Alexis Waters '24 Recruiting Profile

Basketball has always stood out as a favorite from the many sports I have played over the years, and I cannot imagine my basketball career ending after high school. I know college ball is more demanding, but I am willing to take on that challenge and push myself to become a better ball player. I am coachable, and I try to take advantage of every opportunity to improve my game. I enjoy being on the court with my teammates, family in the stands cheering me on, and the fast-paced energy and adrenaline pumping in my veins during the game. I am a team player, and I love to encourage and help my teammates. My middle school coach once told me that I was great on defense, so I made that my focus early on. To this day, it is still one of my greatest strengths. I work hard both in the classroom and on the court. Learning and grades are a priority to me, but I am a very active person and want to be part of a team sport.
