Our fall high school volleyball season will end next week and basketball tryouts will occur on Oct 24, 2020. Our first scrimmage is Oct 30 with the regular season beginning Nov 22. I expect to start again this season as I enter my sophomore season. I play approx. 1/2 of each game last year during the varsity games as a freshman. Unfortunately we had a 3-18 record, so there weren't many team highlights but I had several good stretches of time on the court scoring as well as good defense.
I look forward to a better season for both me and our team. Even though COVID19 shortened our summer AAU schedule, we did play in 4 GBA tournaments in Indiana against some great competition.
I love to score, block shots, rebound and assist my teammates on both ends of the court. I've been playing 8-9 months per year now since I was 8, which has been 8 years of ongoing practices and games. Needless to say, it's been a lot of work, but paying off as I get more polished in my play!
I love the competition and friendships I’ve formed with others. My GPA and competitive nature allow me to play at a high level.
