Makenzee Mason '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was ten years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I have been inspired to play at the collegiate level. I’m aware that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

I have exceptional ball handling skills and a very high basketball IQ. I’m a team leader; and with that being said, I try to lead by example while also pushing my teammates and myself to be the best that I can be. I am very coachable and work my hardest at all times.

In the classroom, I strive to maintain a high GPA for multiple reasons, the most important one being, it’s needed to follow my dreams on and off the court. I plan to attend a college that encourages me and gives the possibility to do both.

I’m open to any and all options in hopes that I find the right college match from a personal and athletic standpoint. I’m searching for the highest level of competition, knowledgeable coaches and teammates that want the same things that I do.
