I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember. Over the past 11 years, I have learned to love the game more and more. Basketball has shaped me into the dedicated, enthusiastic person I am today and has provided me with the opportunity to meet many new people and make some life-long friendships.
As a point and shooting guard, I pride myself on my ball handling and shooting abilities, while also being a leader on the court who is able to remain focused under pressure and who always looks up the court to find an open team-mate for a pass. My coaches and parents have always told me that I am a different person when I step on the court. A switch goes off in my mind and I will do whatever I can to help my team be successful. I am willing to do the little things like get down on the floor for a loose ball or hustle back on defense. I bring so much more to the game then just scoring. (Which I can do as well:))
I am a non-stop hard-working, loyal teammate/player. I am always looking to get better by listening to and learning from other teammates, coaches, mentors and trainers that have played the game before me. I will stop at nothing to better myself and my teammates. I leave it all on the floor. Every second and every minute of my game is full of determination, passion and drive.
I am eligible to attend college/university in the fall of 2021, however, as a Canadian athlete, Covid temporarily sidelined my ability to play the game that I love. If I am not recruited in the 2021 class, I will be attending another year of high school in Canada, while training and playing in the OSBA (Ontario Scholastic Basketball) league and will re-classify for 2022. So if you're a coach looking for either a 2021 or 2022 point guard/shooting guard recruit, than I am your girl... and you will not be disappointed.
