I have been playing basketball since I was 9 years old and I have loved the sport ever since I first picked up the ball. I am a very positive, outgoing person that places as much focus on academics as I do on basketball. I also enjoy other activities including playing trumpet in my high school symphonic/pep/marching band, being the vice-president of my schools Science Club, volleyball, and volunteering in Key Club. Although I usually play small forward, I have actively worked on developing my skills to enable me to fill gaps on my team for every position, from center to point guard.
I hope to continue to find opportunities to play against increasingly tough competition as I continue to test my skills and find new areas to improve on. I am looking for a college that will offer me the opportunity to continue to play basketball as long as possible while pursuing a degree in communication/history.
