Daireli Rivera Valdez '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my names Daireli Rivera Valdez. I go to school at Tommy Douglas Collegiate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. I started playing basketball since I’m was 13 years old on my elementary school team. In my freshman year I was on my high schools junior team and we were undefeated and won city’s. I played point guard that season.  In my Junior year I was on the senior team! I played wing. We were in the championship division and won city’s. I played basketball for 3 years. I want to play at a university level and play against the best! I love playing basketball because of the atmosphere during games, how fast pace it is and how everyone works together and how fast you become a family. I love working hard and playing against the hardest teams because it makes me work a lot harder to win and beat them on a 1v1.
