Delaney Burney '13 Recruiting Profile

I am seeking a team who has a spot open for a unique, strong, determined, committed, basketball-loving woman like myself. I believe I have what it takes to play at the next level. I am coachable and understand the importance of fundamentals. I believe that you cannot improve if you continue to do the same thing over and over but expect a different result. I am passionate and driven about basketball and the teams I am on become like family. I am the type of player who may come to the coach with a basketball/team problem however, I also come with solutions that could work. I believe I am the creator of my own destiny and the choices I make, along with hard work, having a plan, a mentor and remaining coachable are the ingredients for success. 

This coming fall I will be a sophomore on the court and a junior academically.
