Acacia Edmond (Ace) '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Acacia Edmond. I have been interested in basketball since I was a toddler. As I grew older, my father encouraged me to watch and study the game. I started attending my local high school's summer basketball camps in seventh grade, working to become a better player. When I was actually able to attend high school my freshman year, it was humbling to know that I had a lot more work to do before playing at the varsity level. Through playing basketball I have realized my tenacity and competitive drive on and off the court.  

I aspire to play basketball in college while earning a  degree in Biomedical Engineering . My love for the game inspires me to play with passion and bring encouragement to my teammates.  In addition to bringing a high academic & basketball IQ to the game, I am ambitious, coachable, direct, outgoing, and optimistic. My sense of humor, quick wittedness, and level-headed personality makes me unique.
