Personal Statement

I am a dual varsity athlete with basketball and track (high jump).    I have a 6’ 2” wing span and currently sit at  6’.      My sophomore  year I was clearing 5’2” with high jump.  I have been playing basketball year round since sixth grade.    My AAU team is Houston SkyRise Gold (@skyrisenation).

My academics are top notch with straight A’s.    I am interested in sciences.   I think I am interested in biology, genetics, biological engineering, or a biomedical field.   

My sophomore year, I was named District offensive MVP (2nd top honor) and 1st team all district .    My junior year, I was named District MVP (top honor) , 1st team all district and all Houston Area Team
